How to handle a missed promotion opportunity

Try to get along with the new manager, be open to that person's ideas and continue to do your best. "[I]f you find that you can't do that, then you might be better off looking for a different position somewhere else, before you harm your reputation with your coworkers and your current company," Green writes.
