Intel is said to be in negotiations with Time Warner, NBCUniversal and Viacom for TV shows and movies for its forthcoming digital pay-TV service. Intel's entry into the pay-TV market should be good for programmers' bottom lines, according to RBC Capital analyst David Bank. "Intel will have to pay a premium as the new kid on the block," he said.
