Sports stars earn millions in their short careers but many go broke after they retire, a trend Jamba Juice aims to help more of them avoid. The company has become a magnet for many pro athletes-turned-franchisees. "It's a simple product: You don't have to take 25 minutes explaining it to someone," said sports marketing consultant Joe Favorito. "And I think there really is a vested interest, because it really is a part of their lifestyle."
