KCS: Display at new center in La. to improve employee training

Kansas City Southern's planned stationary display of several rail cars at its new Transportation Engineering and Mechanical facility in Shreveport, La., will help improve training for conductors, according to KCS. "Any new employee who will be around rail cars can benefit from training on this display," said KCS officials. "For example, new carmen must practice inspecting safety appliances."
