U.S. forces in Europe can expect changes, commander says

The end of combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan means the U.S. can end combat rotations for troops stationed in Europe and focus on training with other NATO members, says Lt. Gen. Donald Campbell, head of U.S. Army Europe Command. The U.S. is in the process of reducing its force size in Europe from 40,000 troops to 30,000.
