Wal-Mart capitalizes on physical for digital and mobile

Wal-Mart Stores is revamping its digital and mobile strategy, aiming to leverage physical assets to compete more effectively with Amazon. The strategy includes installing lockers at stores, fulfilling online orders with in-store goods and launching a mobile application that allows shoppers to clip digital coupons and check out in-store.
