Survey: Pay increases along with job dissatisfaction

The salaries of CIOs seem to be rising, according to a recent survey. More than 75% of respondents reported earning a base salary of at least $125,000, with some reporting retention bonuses as well. However, fewer CIOs are reporting satisfaction with their jobs, and fewer say they report directly to the CEO, leaving some to feel their roles have less influence in the organization.
