Demand for corn oil in Midwest is on the rise, exec says

Corn oil production is providing an additional income stream for some ethanol plants in the Midwest, executives said. "We have a truck there almost everyday that hauls [the corn oil] away for us so we can sell more than we can actually produce. There's quite a high demand right now for it," said Mark Jenkins of Siouxland Ethanol in Jackson, Neb.
