Analysis: TVGN could become rival to Style Network, E!

TVGN, under new co-owner CBS, could morph into a channel focused on entertainment and fashion news along with red-carpet reports that would be like an "ESPN for celebrity gossip," according to David Miller, a media analyst at B. Riley & Co. Such a focus would put the ad-driven TVGN in competition with NBCUniversal's E! and Style Network.
