Conn. district tests made-from-scratch meals

A Connecticut school district is testing a new school-meal program in which students are offered one hot and one cold meal -- both made from scratch -- daily. Previously, students were offered multiple options, with frozen vegetables and pre-made sauce. Officials say they are evaluating whether the extra time and cost is manageable.
