Maine LPG tank opponents wary of DCP's alleged export intentions

Opponents of DCP Midstream's proposed propane storage tank in Searsport, Maine, are wary that the propane glut in the U.S. will prompt the company to eventually convert its proposed import terminal into an export facility. DCP's vice president of public affairs, Roz Elliott, said the terminal is not designed for export and "would have to go through significant redesign and all new regulatory approvals" if it were ever to convert.
