Maryland moves forward on shark fin ban

Lawmakers in Maryland's House of Delegates passed a bill that would outlaw possession or imports of shark fin, an ingredient in some Chinese dishes. The bill, which now heads to the Senate, would make exceptions for the state's shark fishermen, who catch the entire shark.
