Survey: Execs are unenthusiastic about CFOs' operational capabilities

Corporate executives are unimpressed with CFOs' operating skills, according to a survey conducted for CFO.com. More than half of respondents say their CFO is unqualified to be chief operating officer, despite 71% of respondents saying their CFO is somewhat involved in running operations. Only 17% say their CFO is or would be effective at running operations.
