Wealthier areas submit the most complaints to CFPB

An analysis of credit card complaints submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau shows that among the ZIP codes generating the most complaints are affluent areas in New York and Florida: Manhattan's Upper West Side and Florida's Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens. Director Richard Cordray will hold a hearing today in Iowa to discuss the 130,000 complaints the agency has received. Sources say the CFPB this year will begin accepting complaints on products other than credit cards.
