Robots help handle baggage at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport

Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport has turned to IBM to develop a baggage system that relies on robots to track a traveler's bags. The system was formulated "to create an efficient, reliable and fast baggage-handling process," said Mark Lakerveld, the airport's senior manager of baggage.
