Funding shortfall, inequality threaten Africa farming

A report by the ONE Campaign says Africa's agricultural success is being threatened by lack of funding and other issues, writes Tom Murphy. Among the report's recommendations: "More secure property rights for women, and indeed more transparent legal ownership of land overall, would help facilitate access to services as well as responsible investment."
