Report: Fraud cost online retailers .9% of revenue

Online fraud-related losses totaled $3.5 billion or .9% of retailers' total online sales, a 30% increase from 2010, according to payment processor CyberSource. The average size of the fraudulent order decreased 20% to $200, the report said, and international e-commerce had a higher fraudulent order rate than domestic orders.
