A survey of employers showed many are using new technologies in their wellness programs, including 62% that use gamification, 50% that use social networking and 36% that use mobile technology. However, data from the Buck Consultants and WorldatWork survey showed only 11% of employers measure return-on-investment on mobile applications and social media and 21% measure ROI on gamification.
