Doctor charged with homicide in liposuction death

A doctor faces charges of criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter in New York in the case of a patient who died after a liposuction procedure. The woman had received a heart transplant and was taking anti-rejection drugs. The doctor, Oleg Davie, is not board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
