Fiber-rich cereal linked to increased fiber consumption throughout day

People who eat a cereal rich in fiber for breakfast consume more fiber throughout the day, according to research supported by Kellogg. The study found adults who eat whole-grain cereals at breakfast upped their daily fiber intake by 14% compared to adults who ate something else in the morning.
