This year's cable upfront could clear the $10 billion hurdle for the first time, according to Lou LaTorre, Fox Cable Entertainment Group's president of ad sales. LaTorre is forecasting a $10.4 billion to $10.5 billion tally, compared with $9.8 billion in 2012.
