Good leaders know how to delegate all the parts of their work that they aren't passionate about, says evangelical pastor Rob Bell, founder of Michigan's Mars Hill Bible mega-church. Giving up that much control might seem scary, but it's better for the leader and the organization in the long run, Bell argues.
