Health care reform has pros and cons for small-business owners

Some self-employed business owners welcome health care reform and say it may encourage others to start businesses without worrying about maintaining workplace-sponsored policies. "Health care shouldn't be the reason that you don't take the step to start your own business," says Sandor Weisz, principal at Web development firm Methodtree. But the cost of health care remains a top concern for many small businesses.
