Survey: Women prefer at-home tests for STD screening

A study in Obstetrics & Gynecology found 76% of women would prefer to have a do-it-yourself home test for chlamydia and gonorrhea, compared with 16% who would rather go to a clinic for screening. At-home test kits for sexually transmitted diseases are not available in the U.S., but researchers said more women in the study given the chance for at-home testing actually followed through with it.
