Anadarko sees late May startup for Texas gas processing plant

Anadarko Petroleum's Brasada Gas Processing Plant in Texas is expected to come online by late May or early June, said Craig Collins, a regional manager for commercial development at the company. The facility, which will have a daily processing capacity of about 200 million cubic feet of natural gas, will process only gas from Anadarko's wells in the Eagle Ford Shale. Anadarko hired more than 500 construction workers for the project and will employ up to 20 workers to operate the plant.
