AT&T enlists basketball legends to replace tots in spots

AT&T is trying to extend the popularity of the "It's not complicated" campaign by switching from children to retired basketball stars such as Larry Bird and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for spots running during the NCAA tournament. "We want to further it, keep the spark. We didn't want to jump the shark," says Stephen McMennamy, a BBDO Atlanta creative director.
