Community colleges in Colorado are supporting a bill in the state Senate to allow them to offer four-year degrees. However, some universities are balking at the bill. "I'm not anti-community college, but I am pro-good policy, and this is not a particularly well-thought-out bill. We should be doing corroborative programs between the community colleges and the four-years," said Michael Martin, chancellor at Colorado State University.
