UAE gives priority in filling teaching vacancies

The Ministry of Education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will give priority to Emiratis when filling vacancies at government schools, officials said. Officials are seeking to fill 382 teaching positions for the 2013-14 school year, but they received 10,000 applications. Of those, 2,000 were from Emiratis.
