Online eyeglass seller Warby Parker is at the front of a wave of new online retailers that are cutting out the middlemen and much of the cost by dealing directly with manufacturers to create high-end brands at discounter prices. Others include bedding seller Crane and Canopy, nail polish brand Julep and shaving supply retailer Harry's.
