"Fitness personality" should determine exercise routine

People who have trouble sticking to an exercise regimen may not be doing exercises that suit their "fitness personality," according to fitness expert Linda Shelton. She says there are five fitness personality types that affect how people work out: squares, rectangles, triangles, circles and squigglies.
