Report alleges safety, financial problems at Boston community college

Roxbury Community College in Boston ran afoul of federal campus-safety laws and failed to accurately track athletic-event income, according to a report prepared by a former federal prosecutor and released by the college. The report follows the resignation of Terrence Gomes as school president last year and reports of shortcomings in oversight by board members.
