Safety could be affected by tower closures, experts say

The Federal Aviation Administration's plan to close air-traffic control towers could affect safety, experts say. "It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that if you close 149 towers there are going to be safety problems," said Spencer Dickerson, president of the American Association of Airport Executives.
