Short, high-intensity exercise is effective, study says

Bursts of high-intensity exercise may offer a better workout plan than longer routines, Canadian researchers said. Their study found two hours of high-intensity interval training over two weeks accomplished as much in improving muscle as 10 hours of moderate-level activity.
