7 states to get $62M in aid for disaster-damaged roads, bridges

The U.S. Transportation Department has said it will provide Alaska, Wyoming and five other states with almost $62 million for projects aimed at fixing roads and bridges with damage from natural catastrophes as well as accidents. The financial aid will be given under the Federal Highway Administration's Emergency Relief program.
