Atlantic City, N.J.,'s 12th casino, the $2.4 billion Revel, has opened with a toast and plenty of high hopes. Gambling is only part of the action at the destination resort, which looks out onto the ocean and includes a spa, 14 restaurants, 10 pools and a 1,898-room hotel scheduled to open this year. "The real issue is: Can you maintain the interest and the excitement? If we can do that, then I'm not worried. This is going to be a great resort," said Revel Entertainment CEO Kevin DeSanctis.
