Rep. Graves: New NLRB rules are bad for business

Two rules from the National Labor Relations Board -- one that allows for the creation of "micro-unions" and one that paves the way for quicker union elections -- are bad for small businesses, writes U.S. Rep. Sam Graves, R-Mo., chairman of the House Small Business Committee. The House recently passed legislation to block these rules, and hopefully the Senate will follow suit, Graves writes.
