Common core test designers focus on students with disabilities

The consortia designing standardized tests for the common core are focusing heavily on how best to accommodate students with disabilities. This focus has uncovered some challenges, including how to get buy-in for a common policy and how to ensure students with disabilities have been prepared to take the tests.
