Country club, water company spar over fees

The Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District and the Monument Hill Country Club in Monument, Colo., are at odds after the country club claims it is shuttering due to high water prices and fees. WWSD says it tried to work with the country club to build infrastructure that would allow it to store water to use during dry spells, but the club's management wasn't interested.
