Dispatcher sends her family to rescue stranded kayaker

Wahkiakum County, Wash., 9-1-1 dispatcher Raedyn Grasseth helped rescue a stranded kayaker by sending her own family members out because they could get to the scene faster than a sheriff's office patrol boat. The stranded kayaker was holding onto a log piling in the Columbia River after her kayak went under. She was not injured.
