Minn. colleges, technical schools beef up job-training programs

Community colleges and technical centers in central Minnesota are expanding their advanced manufacturing programs thanks to funding from the U.S. Department of Labor. The new initiative aims to meet the needs of local industry, where manufactures say there is a shortage of skilled workers.
