Caruso's Italian Restaurant in Tucson, Ariz., is restoring of a neon sign initially installed in the 1950s, spurring long-time guests to remember the bygone era. Recent changes to the city's sign code allow for the restoration and the restaurant received a grant from the local merchants' association to defray the cost.
