B2B marketers are embracing social media, study finds

Social media is becoming a formidable marketing tool for business-to-business, according to a Business.com survey. Nine in 10 B2B marketers say they are using Facebook and over half are on Twitter, with 61% of U.S. marketers overall using social networking for lead generation, the survey found. IBM says a pilot program tied to social selling increased sales 400% in a three-month period.
