Chicago janitors could strike; contract expires Sunday

The Service Employees International Union says that janitors in Chicago have authorized a strike if negotiations fail with a building-management trade group. The contract expires Sunday for 14,000 workers employed at major corporate offices and the Chicago public-school system.
