Expert argues that added sugars are causing disease

Dr. Robert Lustig talked on "60 Minutes" about research that targets consumption of sugar, high-fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners as the cause of heart disease, diabetes and other illnesses. But food writer and professor Marion Nestle says the risks are exaggerated, and that "sugars -- plural to include all forms of caloric sweeteners -- are not poison."
