March Madness doesn't just happen on the basketball court, it can apply to a job search as well, job coach Miriam Salpeter writes in this blog post. Sometimes you may randomly win the bracket pool -- but don't count on it, because winners usually do their homework, she writes. Salpeter also asserts that you should embrace the Cinderella story, betting on long-shot teams.
