CMS updates data on EHR incentives through Feb.

CMS has updated its data on EHR incentives released from the start of the meaningful use program through February and reported that about $12.7 billion in incentives was given to 234,065 Medicare and Medicaid providers. The agency also found that 3,781 of the 5,011 eligible hospitals were paid from either the Medicaid or Medicare portions of the initiative, and some were paid from both.
