Congressman pitches autism education bill on World Autism Day

First-graders at a Virginia elementary school welcomed U.S. Rep. Jim Moran (D) for World Autism Day. Moran read a book to students about celebrating differences and highlighted a bill he plans to re-introduce that would provide more training to teachers on instructing students with autism spectrum disorders.
