FAA should consolidate air-traffic radar locations, study says

The Federal Aviation Administration could save billions of dollars by consolidating air-traffic radar rooms, a study found. "They can be replaced by a much smaller number of facilities, many of which can be designed from the outset to function in the from-anywhere-to-anywhere paradigm," the report said.
