N. Korea warns it will restart nuclear reactor to bolster weapons

North Korea said Tuesday that it plans to restart a nuclear reactor that had been closed under a disarmament agreement. The intent would be "bolstering up the nuclear armed force," North Korea said. "I have to say this is one of the most dangerous moments since 1953," said Shi Yinhong, a professor of international relations at Beijing's Renmin University.
