Sequester leads to fewer close-in bookings for airlines

Budget cuts from sequestration have prompted fewer last-minute airline bookings from government employees, some airlines said. Delta reported a drop in March unit revenue driven partly by "lower than expected close-in bookings driven by the sequester." US Airways also said its March results were affected by the sequester.
